Accountant

JetPros, a FAR part 91 management company based in east Texas (GGG), is looking to hire a full-time accountant.

Our current fleet consists of 20+ aircraft from SR22s through the 56X series.

Accountant Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data
• Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries
• Documents financial transactions, enters account information
• Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet and P&L statement
• Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents
• Handles all accounts receivable
• Complies with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions
• Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends
• Maintains customer confidence by keeping financial information confidential

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,183.07 – $76,882.35 per year
