Office/Accounting Assistant
The Accounting Assistant will support the Controller by performing multiple tasks in the Accounting
Department. This person will perform the following tasks but are not limited to:
– Data Entry
– Daily Invoicing
– Bank Reconciliations
– other Accounts payable functions
– help with month-end closing
– Miscellaneous projects
Qualifications:
- Ability to travel
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Agile learner with strong analytical, planning, and organization skills.
- Strategic thinking and ability to execute results.
- Adaptability and flexibility to support organizational change.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 – $24.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bloomfield Hills, MI 48304: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
