Position: Administrative Assistant II
Location: Remote
Duration: 06 - 12+ months + Extendable

Job Description:

· Logistical coordination and scheduling of Program-related training

· Coordination and scheduling of candidate interviews

· Coordination and preparation for incoming ADP cohorts

· Assistance in onboarding new employees

· Budget/project expense tracking, submitting invoices, creating PO’s, etc.

· Scheduling and calendaring meetings

· Submitting expenses and coordinating travel

· Coordinating logistics for team events

· Coordinating catering orders for team meetings

· Various administrative tasks as assigned
