Administrative Assistant

This position is an immediate opening in growing mental health private practice located in California. We are looking for a motivated, friendly and detail-oriented individual to manage our offices. This position will be fully remote.

Key responsibilities include:

Answering and returning incoming client phone calls, messages and emails Scheduling intake appointments and reschedule cancellations Send invoices for past due balances Manage office inventory and supplies

Salary and Benefits

This is a part-time position of 15 hours/week. Salary is $17 an hour with annual performance raises. Hours needed are Monday-Friday 10am-1pm with one Saturday a month.

Excellent interpersonal skills Experience working with mental health field Excellent organization and time management skills Ability to work independently Ability to problem solve Ability to learn systems used such as Google Workspace

Highly Prefered Qualifications

1-2 years of experience as Administrative Assistant
