Aesthetic Nurse Injector

Aqua de Vida Plastic Surgery and Med Spais looking for an exceptional aesthetic nurse injector to join our growing practice 2- 3 days per week. There will be opportunities to add days for aesthetics. Opportunities to work in the wellness practice and/ or surgical center as well however not required.

Description of role:

We are seeking a well-seasoned, highly motivated Aesthetic Nurse Injector to lead as the Clinical Leader within the practice. The candidate must be bright, mature and compassionate as the Aesthetics Nurse Injector will be a valuable team player, assisting in growing the concierge and aesthetic brand within the practice. The candidate should be confident, independent, and an excellent communicator. The candidate will be committed to the highest standard of excellence with high energy, a team player, self-motivated, detail-oriented, polished professional attitude. Organizational and Positive, team focused attitude is a must.

Tasks:

• Partner with Managing Physicians to create standardized clinical protocols
• Partner with Administrator to create administrative protocols
• Demonstrate Leadership abilities and provide support to clinical and administrative staff
• Provide the highest level of patient care
• Perform initial patient screenings and patient history and physical examinations
• Update patient records and check records for accuracy at each patient appointment
• Analyze test data and determine the need for follow-up appointments and further treatment options

REQUIREMENTS

• Partner with Medical Esthetician and Aesthetic Consultant to develop treatment plans, protocols, and encourage VIP Memberships
• Injectable (PRP, Botox & all fillers)
• Lasers
• Body Contouring
• Micro Needling is a plus, but not necessary. We will train.

LOCATIONS:

· Tempe (required)

· Flagstaff (2x / month – optional)

· North Scottsdale location opening early 2023

Skills and requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• 2 years exp in Aesthetics

Compensation

Highly Competitive pay with commission structure and bonuses

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $55.00 – $70.00 per hour

Supplemental Pay:

• Bonus pay
