Associate - Product Team (Forex & Interest Rate Sales)

The incumbent will provide support to product team in assisting achieve team goals.

Job Responsibilities

Include but are not limited to:

Marketing and Sales Support:

• Assist to identify hedging opportunities in FX derivatives and other products
• Follow up all business needs with relationship managers to better support their clients
• Prepare marketing materials
• Update and maintain documentation including pipeline, client relationship management interactions, client activity, onboarding progress
• Provide support to team in daily routine work

Product Management:

• Participate in the enhancement of product offering to promote business growth
• Assist the works of business process review and revision

Risk Management and Compliance:

• Adhere and facilitate legal documents and onboarding process related to traded products
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding anti-money laundering, BSA, OFAC, Dodd-Frank framework, Volcker rule, etc.
• Collaborate with Middle Office and Back Office to ensure risk control and facilitate accurate deal booking and timely settlement

Research and Report:

• Perform analysis and participate in assigned research project
• Monitor, update and facilitate research information for client/ internal presentations
• Participate in special projects and/or other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree is a plus but not required
• Minimum 1 year of Financial Markets business sales/marketing experience in banking is required
• Demonstrate Financial Markets products knowledge, such as FX, RMB, interest rate, as well as banking/financial industry, and regulatory & compliance knowledge
• Bilingual ability in Mandarin is preferred
