In partnership with our marketing, communications, HR and talent acquisition teams, you will be responsible for building a recruitment marketing strategy and activation plan that radiates a talent brand that ensures Activision Blizzard is a destination of choice for top talent.
As Associate Recruitment Marketing Manager, you’ll be part of the global Talent Brand CoE and will be responsible for creating and implementing the talent branding social/digital media strategy for Activision Blizzard, working closely with the embedded business talent marketing leads (Activision Publishing, Blizzard & King) to help activate their franchise specific recruitment marketing needs. This is a unique opportunity to work with some of the world’s largest games franchises and to build exciting campaigns and strategy that will have a significant impact on our business.
Your role will involve:
Content gathering & creation - copywriting, creating stories & partnering with our talent brand graphic designer to create assets
Posting organic and paid content on our channels, leveraging tools such as Monday and Sprinklr to plan, schedule posts and measure performance
Planning our annual/monthly social and digital media calendars with a multi-layered approach to always on content and campaign specific activities in service of hiring needs
Setting the overarching social/digital strategy for Activision Blizzard Talent Brand and partnering with the franchise businesses on their activations
Implementing CRM email marketing strategy in partnership with Sourcing & TA
Partnering with the People Technology team to maintain and improve our careers sites
Working in lockstep with communications to plan & create content, partner on initiatives and deliver broader reputation activities
Partnering with our franchise marketing teams to develop opportunities for broader collaboration across our games and talent branding
Exploring possibilities for leveraging new platforms, e.g., TikTok, Twitch, Discord
3+ years experience working in employer branding and/or recruitment marketing
Excellent understanding of social media channels and trends
Previous experience launching and managing recruitment marketing campaigns
Good knowledge of an employer value proposition and the role it plays in an overall communications strategy
Experience working in employer branding in-house or in an agency
Experience being part of global campaigns and activations is a plus
