BDC Manager

Keffer Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is searching for a dealership experienced BDC Manager . The BDC Manager will be dealing exclusively wit h leads generated by our internet sales initiatives including leads generated by the dealership’s website.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with internet customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication (phone, email or in-person)
  • Manage Internet sales leads, respond to inquiries in a timely fashion, and answer questions on available stock and product performance
  • Maintain an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business
  • Keep website up-to-date with vehicle specifications and availability
  • Schedule appointments with interested buyers for test drives and delivery of vehicles
  • Disclosing terms of sales with consumers and reviewing sales with dealership management
  • Provide assistance to Sales team when Sales Managers are out of the office
  • Train new BDC Representatives and ensure that the sales process is being followed

Job Requirements:

  • Strong background within the auto industry is preferred
  • Automotive Internet Sales experience required
  • Previous automotive Business Development (BDC) experience required 
  • Proven experience at building relationships and working in teams
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Live within a reasonable commuting distance
  • Tenacious yet professional follow up on customer inquiries
  • Professional appearance
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • All applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
  • All applicants must be authorized to work in the United States
