About us

Cinnaholic Bakery is a gourmet cinnamon roll bakery. We make everything from scratch. We were featured on the hit show Shark Tank and the Cooking Channel’s Food Paradise. If you love talking to people and baking, this is the job for you! We are located Shops at Oberlin Courts.

Base starting pay is $10/hr base pay PLUS TIPS which adds an average of $3-$4 per hour extra on top of the base rate. With tips, starting pay is $13-$14 and after 6 months employees do get a raise. Team members do have opportunity to also be promoted to a shift leader as their skills grow which would add another raise on top of this as well.

Direct deposit (including digital tips) is paid out every two weeks. There is room for very quick promotion with these team member positions into shift leader positions if they are quick learners and do well.

Job highlights: Bake from scratch, customer service is a must! Interacting with people, cashier, food prep, frosting & topping rolls, barista, decorating/piping frosting, pleasant atmosphere, team spirit, flexibility with scheduling, students welcome, trading shifts is allowed, Free and discounted product, no cursing, no drama, no bad attitudes. Hard-to-find work atmosphere! If you smile a lot and have a great attitude about life, you’ll LOVE the atmosphere here. All positions will require some nights and some weekends.

REQUIREMENTS:

MUST have a friendly outgoing personality Must be able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time, must deal with customers and stress well and be able to move quickly during busy times. It’s a physical job. No prior experience is required.
