Total Staffing is IMMEDIATELY hiring for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for our Sharonville location! As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, your goal will be to help drive candidate traffic into the branch.

Responsibilities :

  • Making outbound calls to current candidates and prospective candidates to see if they are in the market looking for work
  • Setting interviews
  • Greeting candidates/working the front desk
  • Fielding inbound calls and porting over to recruiters/payroll/HR as necessary
  • Working within our applicant tracking system
  • Interviewing candidates
  • Filling open orders

Requirements :

  • Must be bilingual (Spanish and English)
  • Prior customer service experience required
  • Prior call center experience preferred
  • Professional demeanor
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Schedule :

  • M-F 8:00 am-5:00 pm
