Business Lead
Zing Data, Inc.
As our first sales and customer success hire, you’ll help drive awareness and customer success with Zing Data’s platform for next-generation business intelligence that is collaborative, easy, and works on iOS, Android, and the web.
You’ll be scrappy, tenacious, and technical enough to sell to business intelligence, data science, product, and operations teams in a fact-based way that builds trust and rapport. You’ll be dedicated to helping customers succeed and willing to do whatever it takes to build great customer experiences.
Over time, you’ll build out a sales team, create sales playbooks, set up GTM processes, and help Zing Data’s revenue scale massively. This is a career-transforming experience as you’ll be Zing’s first business hire. Partnering with the company’s leadership team, you’ll bring voice-of-the-customer to the broader team and help Zing win.

QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 5 years of experience in SMB B2B sales, with a history of carrying a quota and exceeding it
College degree (ideally in business, statistics, computer science, or economics – but open to other roles)
Great interpersonal skills – able to build rapport quickly
Basic data knowledge (querying, visualization, SQL, etc.)
Familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
Track record of sales success
