We are a covid testing center looking for a call center representative that will be answering our patients’ questions. Must be willing to provide wifi information since this job is remote and the software, we use might require it to start out. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.

Responsibilities

  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking thoe extra mile

Skill

  • Previous experience in a customer support role
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
  • High school degree

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.00 – $21.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)
