Remote Direct Hire Opportunity
Job Title: Call Center Supervisor
Location: Remote (equipment provided)
Schedule: 7am to 8pm CENTRAL Monday to Friday (shift will likely be the latest)
Manages healthcare call center environment; coaches current employees on attendance and productivity; recruits and interviews possible new hires; create and conduct professional reviews; monitors KPI, communicates with upper management
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Three (3) or more years of experience in a supervisory role within a call center environment
Experience as call center supervisor/ manager required
Strong attention to detail
Able to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Experience hiring, firing, counseling on attendance/productivity and interviewing potential candidates
6 month assignment, possible temp to hire for the right candidate and based on needs of business
