Qualifications

  • Enjoys leading, coaching and developing relationships
  • Excellent communicator, specifically verbally but in writing as well
  • Strong knowledge of the energy sales process
  • Very organized
  • Can work well with other managers and take direction from the Call Center Manager

Responsibilities

  • Lead the training of the call center, including new hires and refresher courses
  • Continue to develop, improve, modernize the training curriculum and delivery
  • Identify and support individuals who may need additional training to be successful
  • Continue to add to the list of objections and help develop responses
  • Work with QA to listen in on calls and find ways to continue to help improve both training and sales performance
  • When not training, the trainer will take calls, coach agents and perform quality audits

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
