The responsibilities of this role will be conducted remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • Answers incoming phone calls
  • Receive overflow calls for Maintenance and Marketing
  • Train stores on utilizing Service Station
  • Logs incoming phone calls to appropriate system
  • Handles orders of store replacement parts in SAP
  • Creates work orders in IDS
  • Completes other duties, including special projects, as assigned by Management

Skill Requirements:

  • Experience with Word, Excel, and other MS Office suite applications
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to research and resolve issues
  • Solid understanding of basic computer functions
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to conduct and complete Company business in a professional and ethical manner
  • Must be able work full shift remotely and have sufficient/reliable internet connection

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 – $21.00 per hour

  • Weekend availability

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
