About This Position:

The Card Marketing Copy Review Analyst will contribute to a strong controls environment as an integral part of the first line of defense (FLOD) team, by providing regulatory oversight guidance for Marketing, Communications and Digital Marketing materials. The position is part of the Card Services Chief Administrative Office, a key business within Chase's Consumer & Community Banking Group.

Responsibilities:

In this role, the ideal candidate will be viewed as a subject matter expert for all applicable consumer regulatory obligations and will be required to provide compliance subject matter expertise and guidance to the Card Services marketing teams. This person will perform the compliance and/or quality assurance reviews of Marketing, Communications and Digital Marketing materials for regulatory obligation.

Qualifications:

  • 3 + years consumer as well as business-to-business controls, regulatory compliance, risk or audit experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred and/or CRCM (Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager)
  • Extensive regulatory compliance knowledge of consumer-focused regulations related to marketing and digital media channels
  • In-depth banking experience including strong working knowledge of advertising/marketing practices across various marketing channels
