Civil Litigation Associate needed in Downtown Miami

WADSWORTH, MARGREY & DIXON LLP is looking to fill 2-3 spots in its Miami office for a civil litigation associate. New Year , new job or maybe the new job you got didn’t work out, or wasn’t all it was cracked up to be. Perhaps working every weekend isn’t what you signed up for, or that signing bonus wasn’t really a bonus and you didn’t get it when you started or even yet. If you are looking for a place to call home and you are interested in either growing your practice or developing further as a civil trial lawyer, WMD might be the place for you. Applicant must have at least 3-5 years’ experience, be motivated, smart with a good work ethic and a sense of humor. Position is in the downtown Miami office with an opportunity to transition to working virtually. Applicant must be able to handle his/her own case load. We predominantly handle the defense of catastrophic injury cases but do some plaintiff’s work as well. The firm is known for trying cases so applicant must be able to prepare a case for trial. The salary is commensurate with experience and what you bring to the table. Benefits are unparalleled and most are paid for by the firm 100%.
