GENERAL
The Clinical Coordinator is a vital member of Addiction Recovery Care. The Clinical Coordinator is under the supervision of the Clinical Manager and is responsible for making appointments for our clinical counselors to provide services via telehealth, as well as ensuring that clients are receiving the required amount of services provided by the clinicians.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma/GED
- Working knowledge of basic Computer operation and common computer programs
- Self-motivated
- Good communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and stay on schedule
- Ability to enforce program requirements
- Problem-solving abilities
DUTIES
- Receive requests for clinical telehealth visits from clients or potential clients, set appointment date/time on the appropriate provider’s calendar.
- Maintain an accurate and update to date schedule of providers appointments and set schedules as appropriate to create an efficient operating environment
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA laws
- Adhere to program policies and procedures
- Must have the ability to interact with staff and clients in a professional manner.
- Ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Knowledge and competency in problem-solving, stress management, ethics, and team building.
- Maintain a professional code of ethics
- Ability to interact with a multidisciplinary team to assist in facets of the recovery program relating to physical health.
- Other duties as assigned
