As a Confirmation Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to utilize our script to confirm upcoming appointment dates with homeowners while providing excellent customer service and satisfaction
Place outbound calls to homeowners prior to our Sales Rep’s arrival date to complete final confirmation of their arrival and ensure eligibility
Receive inbound calls
Problem solve and provide excellent customer service
Ensuring all decision makers will be involved at the time of the appointment
Work closely with the Call Center Manager to verify there’s enough room on the schedule
Bonus will be based on KPIs
