As a Confirmation Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to utilize our script to confirm upcoming appointment dates with homeowners while providing excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Place outbound calls to homeowners prior to our Sales Rep’s arrival date to complete final confirmation of their arrival and ensure eligibility
- Receive inbound calls
- Problem solve and provide excellent customer service
- Ensuring all decision makers will be involved at the time of the appointment
- Work closely with the Call Center Manager to verify there’s enough room on the schedule
- Bonus will be based on KPIs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
