Job Description

As the Contract Manager, you will be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Collaborating with engineers, business analysts, commodity managers, legal, and other specialists to synthesize technical, commercial, financial, and industry inputs to build business strategies, assess risks, and develop contractual framework.

  • Participating in negotiating, structuring, and managing of contractual documents that establish business relationships across multiple suppliers, customers, and/or partners.

  • Under supervision, drafts clauses, and reviews and approves documents for protection of the company's contractual posture and adherence to company policy.

  • Conveying Intel Legal interpretation of terms and conditions and making recommendations to stakeholders regarding contractual rights and obligations.

  • Managing Legal contracting objectives ensuring sound contracting practices are followed, developing and mentoring employees who are interested in contracting, and advocating for an inclusive work environment.

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.

Minimum Qualifications:

The candidate must possess at least one of the following degrees plus the years of experience determined for each degree in the areas specified below. *This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field of study.

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Contract Management, Drafting, and Negotiations at a senior level with a background in Supply Chain Management or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business or Supply Chain with experience and/or Juris Doctor (JD) with experience in supply chain, commercial, and intellectual property law.

  • Local and multinational supplier engagement/management expertise.

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
