About This Job
Performs duties of vault teller on a daily basis, including but not limited to processing orders for Commercial and Internal Customers with accuracy, inter-acting with couriers, helping on Department Projects and shared services as needed. This position is responsible for verifying large sums of currency and balancing multiple large transactions daily while maintaining audit procedures. They will provide back-up support to the Commercial Tellers and ATM/Currency Teller. This position is also expected to provide customer service to all branch affiliates.
Process Branch and Commercial Deposits
Process ATM Cash
Ability to sort, count and balance currency
Balance all daily activity.
Communication with internal/external customers via phone, mail and email
Crosstrain to provide coverage for all functions in Vault Services
Maintain ATM Currency Loads spreadsheets
Daily Uploads for various markets
Pulling information from outside coin inventory to create and balance department spreadsheets/uploads
Validate Batch Reports
Projects as assigned by management
Fill/ship currency orders for branch and commercial customers
Place Fed order daily/Monitor cross-shipping
Ability to comprehend the “big picture” of departmental workflow
Complete Secret Service forms for counterfeit bills
Monday-Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm

Education & Experience
1-2 years cash handling experience required
