Debit Card Analytics, Fraud / Credit dispute

Job Description

• Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience in the Fraud/ Credit disputes.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services.
• Working knowledge of Debit card analytics and relevant data.
• Working knowledge of Falcon and Fraud rules Manager (Master card)
• Working knowledge of current bank fraud investigative techniques and/or systems.
• Experience analyzing multiple streams of data to draw conclusion and/or take actions.
