- Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience in the Fraud/ Credit disputes.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services.
- Working knowledge of Debit card analytics and relevant data.
- Working knowledge of Falcon and Fraud rules Manager (Master card)
- Working knowledge of current bank fraud investigative techniques and/or systems.
- Experience analyzing multiple streams of data to draw conclusion and/or take actions.
