Dental Front Office

Our established Mountlake Terrace office is looking for a new team member for our front office. We have an amazing team, great patients and a caring doctor. Our general dental office provides care to many of the families in the area, and is a modern office with new technology including Cerec, fully digital, and up to date computer systems. Our team prides ourselves in providing quality dental care in a warm environment, prioritizing teamwork and communication.

A great candidate for this position would be a caring, self-motivated, professional that prides themselves on excellent patient experience and communication. We are looking for a someone with excellent critical thinking skills, a positive attitude, and passion for serving our patients.

Job skills and duties include

• Building and presenting treatment plans
• Verifying patient insurance
• Collecting payments
• Productive scheduling
• Greeting patients in office and helping patients over the phone
• Great communication and customer service for our patients
• Supporting the team to deliver quality care

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
