Location. Greenwood Village, CO
This position will train full time in the office and then can be full time remote or hybrid.

We have a unique opportunity for someone to contribute their talents and strengths as a Dispute Associate II in the Denver, Colorado (Greenwood Village) area.
The Dispute Associate II is diligent in ensuring adequate research has been completed on customer disputes with a timely follow up on a resolution. This includes, but is not limited to, doing research on payment history, cash transactions, loan documents, and analyzing customers request within the mortgage servicing sector.

- The Dispute Associate II research and resolutions Monday-Friday
- We ensure you are ready to take on your new responsibilities by giving you paid training that last at least 4 weeks.
- Your training must be done in office.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Perform detailed research including: payment history review, cash transactions, loan documents, notes, and call recordings to remain in compliance
- Review and provide feedback to Associate level writers to ensure completeness of written response to the dispute received from customers, attorneys, CFPB, Federal regulatory agencies, Governmental agencies, Legislators, and other authorized third parties.
- Complete loan adjustment requests and update loan information and notes as needed utilizing multiple company computer systems.
- Read and interpret customer’s written requests and disputes to remain in compliance
- Communicate in both written and verbal forms with prior servicers and other departments throughout the company.
- Other duties or tasks as assigned by management.

Education and Experience
Required:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Ability to accurately complete detailed research.
Detail oriented, with strong organizational, process driven skills
Logical thinking and problem solving.
Self-motivated and can work autonomously
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Effective working under daily, weekly and monthly deadlines.
Must reside within the Denver, Colorado area
Preferred:
1-2 years of prior experience in the mortgage/financial industry

Compensation.$21.00 – $24.00 per hour.
