Position Summary:
This position requires a sensitivity to timely imaging of documents, attention to detail, responsiveness, and the ability to manage multiple document types and data requirements on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. This position is a supporting role to the Servicing teams inclusive of the financial statements, loan administration and closing teams. This team member will interact frequently with multiple Servicing teams regarding document images. This position requires a person that can prioritize work as well as consistently follow up on items that require attention. Additionally, the team member must be able to manage the e-mail boxes with documents, particularly during the peaks in volume and provide the necessary support to our team in Hyderabad, India. This position is located in Lower Gwynedd, PA.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Monitor all applicable servicing e-mail boxes for incoming documents
· Open and triage incoming mail that needs to be imaged
· Scanning paper mail received to prepare for imaging
· Properly identify the incoming documents and image them according to department policies and procedures
· Assure timely submission of documents to document repository – DocInsight
· Collaborate with team members within the various teams if there are questions on documents.
· Respond to inquiries from the various servicing teams
· Work with closing team on document uploads in to SharePoint as required
· Coordinate with closing team on SharePoint documents post-closing that need to be uploaded in to DocInsight
· Raise any issues to management as needed.
· Provide ongoing support to our offshore imaging staff in Hyderabad, India.
· Other duties as required that are assigned.

Qualifications
- 1-3 years related work experience, preferably in mortgage banking or servicing
- Knowledge of GSE, CMBS and Life Company products a plus
- Knowledge in various areas of Loan Administration (New Loan Boarding, Taxes, Insurance, Escrow Analysis, etc.), as well as Financial Statements and Loan Closing.
- Strong working knowledge of loan servicing systems and proficiency with MS Office Word, Excel (Macros) and Enterprise!
