The Role

Maintain formal documentation and training program, complete special projects, supplement EHS administrative functions, and perform other duties as assigned. Responsible for New Hire and Contractor training. CompliantPro Training Module Administrator for Mesa. Maintain EHS training records for employees and contractor employees. Supports Manufacturing organizations, warehouse, Lab, Maintenance & Engineering, EHS, and Quality Department requirements for document training and SOPs.

Key responsibilities for this role include:
  • Revise, maintain and create procedures: monitor due dates, assign updates to departments, follow up, provide administrative support for documents, and publish documents into CompliantPro (CPro). Meet documentation control requirements and standards in performance of duties.
  • Function as CPro Training Module Administrator for Mesa. Assist with implementation of other CPro modules, as assigned.
  • Perform interviews and field surveys and use the information provided to create new procedures and update existing procedures.
  • Maintain department training and task certification records for several departments using both Excel and CPro.
  • Maintain regulatory training records and work with EHS Manager on updating and scheduling EHS training.
  • Maintain hard copy and electronic training documentation.
  • Maintain task certification tests and test question banks current in CPro.
  • Provide training and procedure documentation for regulatory compliance, customer, ISO, corporate, and internal audits.
  • Write and present formal training classes for supported departments and EHS; this includes but not limited to New Hire and Contractor Training.
  • Assist with creating monthly Safety Meeting presentations.
  • Assist with Avigilon Security system to create badges; determine security access for all employees and contractors.
  • Work with Site Quality Departments, and EHS to complete site and compliance audits.
  • Perform a variety of EHS administrative tasks and recordkeeping functions, as assigned.
  • Complete special projects and perform other duties, as assigned.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills: Word, PowerPoint and Excel required; CPro, Lotus Notes, and any Computer Based Training system a plus. Training on required FFEM software systems must be completed successfully within 90 days of hire (minimal OJT provided).
  • The ability to effectively lead meetings/training with participants at all levels of the organization.
  • Familiarity with ISO9001 documentation and training requirements a plus
  • At least one year in a manufacturing environment; prior military, chemical plant or semi-conductor experience a plus
  • Some college a plus
