Entry Level - Materials Planner I

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintains efficient and successful inventory management at assigned storage locations

Maintains records/spreadsheets to track inventory movements using Excel and SAP

• Maintains inventory levels of high volume materials to ensure availability
• Perform daily/weekly/monthly/yearly inventory counts and reconciliations as needed
• Load and unload equipment via forklift
• Coordinates logistics when necessary
• Collaborate with others in Supply Chain, Operations and vendors to ensure needed materials are available
• Travel to various storage locations as needed (Loving, NM & Carlsbad, NM)

Required & Preferred Skills & Experience:

• 1+ year of inventory management experience
• Familiarity with SAP preferred
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to travel between assigned storage locations as needed (Loving, NM & Carlsbad, NM)
• Familiarity with operation of a forklift preferred
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
