$75,000 – $100,000 yearly
Create systems and processes for operational flow from Lead to close.
Build a well-rounded team by hiring, training, and recruiting a strong group of personnel including business development representatives, loan partners, compliance, operations, processing teams, and other mortgage professionals
Build Compliance protocols that adhere to state, regional, and federal guidelines, and ensure all loans meet company compliance policies and procedures
Help employees achieve company goals by leading, training, and motivating them to succeed.
- Excellent judgment and decision making skills, and exceptional communication skills
- Current NMLS or state license preferred or will secure license once hired
- 4-year degree in banking, finance, economics, or business administration preferred – equivalent experience accepted
- Up to date industry knowledge and advanced computer skills
- Must be able to complete all phases of the mortgage loan origination process and have demonstrated knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA, and conventional residential mortgage loan products and regulations
