The FP&A team manages Meta’s entire budget of revenue and expense. We focus on using our unique view into the numbers to see trends and opportunities that are developing within Meta and within related industries. Successful candidates for this team have a bias toward action, have exceptional partnership and communication skills, and know how to balance getting the details right while still moving fast.You will gain invaluable experience in a position that offers significant responsibility and interaction with business partners as well as considerable opportunity to have a large impact within a growing Finance organization. Finance Manager, R&D Planning Responsibilities:
- Provide financial leadership on R&D headcount and workforce planning across budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
- Build thoughtful resource allocation analyses to drive better investment decisions and tradeoffs
- Develop consolidated R&D reporting including variance analysis drivers for leadership
- Coordinate key financial deliverables across multiple Finance teams via superior communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Help business partners gain key insights with meaningful, data-driven, and actionable analyses
- Help define and implement scalable financial processes related to month-end and quarter-end close, including business drivers and reporting
- Drive process improvements by partnering with up-stream process owners and enhance current tools/systems related to financial and headcount management
Minimum Qualifications:
- Technical knowledge in Excel Features and PowerPoint
- Experience in financial planning and creating data-driven analysis
- BA/BS in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent
