Job Description:

Development and upkeep of all backend files for dashboards and statistical models to forecast future growth by product and region. Ability to interlink Healthcare environment, macro-economic and historical data to forecast future year market growth. Collection, interpretation and reporting of market research.
Roles and Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, maintain, and update relevant information about market sizing.
• Supply market data and perspectives on market trends and forecast. Provide analyses to support strategic thinking and operational decision making.
• Understanding of statistical models to forecast and comfortable with large datasets and analysis.
• Improve and simplify analytical forecasting models for improved accuracy
• Uses some judgment and has some ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated, day-to-day problems with projects, product lines, and markets. Ability to prioritize information for decision making.
• Uses technical experience and analytical thinking. Uses multiple internal and external sources outside of own teams to arrive at decisions.

Required Qualifications

• This role requires advanced experience in Excel and analytical packages (Macros, VLOOKUP, Index, Match, etc).
• Spotfire- one who can build dashboards on Spotfire, prepare and upload backend files.
• PowerPoint presentation automation skills
• Have knowledge and experience in forecasting, statistical methods, etc.
• For roles in USA – Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s).

Desired Characteristics

• The candidate should be willing to do granular level Excel work, and design formulas to streamline processes.
• Strong analytical skills: able to clearly link external market environment to market sizing forecast
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
• Be detail oriented.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $32.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
