Seeking a seasoned Florida Commercial Litigation/Transactional Paralegal. Paralegals primary focus will be routine document preparation, discovery, coordination with opposing counsel, scheduling and filing.

Seeking a candidate with a great attention to detail and the ability to work with a more sophisticated clientele.

Experience with Clio, Microsoft Office and Adobe PDF a plus.

The position is fully remote and for someone who is currently a fulltime freelancer.

Assignment is approximately 1-10 hours per week to start. This is a 1099 assignment.
