We’re looking for a highly motivated Operations Manager who will assist the Director of Operations in all day to day eCommerce Operations at the Ridge. Reporting to the Director of Operations, this role will manage inbound and outbound shipments, manage inventory, problem-solve, and develop best in class processes for continued growth at the Ridge.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in Operations for an ecommerce brand, managing inventory, inbound PO’s and outbound orders, and be familiar with backend systems such as Shopify and ERP systems. They must be highly analytical, understand eCommerce processes and be able to maximize operational KPIs.

*Role + Responsibility
- Manage inventory in the Ridge’s ERP/CMS systems and maintain inventory forecasts systems up to date
- Monitor and report on inbound shipments/PO’s
- Manage outbound DTC orders and book FBA shipments
- Work closely with the CX team to ensure all orders continuously flow through our backend/ERP systems
- Synthesize operational problems and report/suggest improvements to the Director of Operations.
- Generate, analyze and leverage data and insights to identify opportunities to improve speed, quality, efficiency and effectiveness of the Ridge’s Operations
Skills + Experience

- At least 2 Years of Experience in an eCommerce Operations Management Role
- At least 1 Year of in depth Experience with an ERP system such as Netsuite or Fulfil (Fulfil experience a HUGE plus)
- At least 1 Year of Experience with all of Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and a Warehouse Management System
- Experience with 3rd Party Logistics Operations
- Mastery of Google Suite and advanced Excel/Sheets knowledge (must have)
- Quick Problem Solving Skills, and a conviction in creating solutions to out of the blue problems
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and the desire to bring structure to undefined procedures
- Strong communication skills
- Very tech-savvy and experienced implementing technical solutions that enhance the operations department
- A proactive and collaborative approach; you love working with people and people love working with you
- Analytical mindset with a solid ability to compile, analyze, and report data
