We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our global logistics team, together we can build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users.

  • Overseeing the eCommerce logistics operation in US, including (but not limited) to import clearance, courier delivery, fulfillment warehouse, reverse logistics, reverse warehouse;
  • Responsible for end to end logistics performance from paid until delivered in different logistics mode
  • Building and managing key strategic relationships with Key Sellers, 3PLs and Logistics Providers - As of the owner of SOP, responsible for operation performance indicator (KPI), deep the root cause of issue, feedback the expected solution and business impact to solution, provide short-term solution/support to the biz before long fixing is in place, drive the result until change deployment;
  • Conduct market and industry research, develop operation plans to address issues and hedge risks caused by market or policy changes if needed
  • Manage day to day operations, track record of high performance and team improvement
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably with engineering, science, logistics transportation, operation management background
  • At least 5+ years of working experience in e-commerce logistics, experience in E-commerce platform is a plus;
  • Solid working experience and relationship in 3PL management, preparable with courier(s) in US
  • Excellent understanding in any segment of eCommerce logistics operation, including (but not included to) data integration, first-mile pickup, parcel sorting, linehaul, courier delivery, return process, import clearance.
  • Fair understanding of eCommerce marketplace operation and governance policy
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to secure alignment
  • Self-motivated and results driven, analytical and data driven
