Pay Rate : $75/hr. on W2

Job Description
The Business Analyst will work as part of the HR Project Delivery Team, to organize, execute, and drive the completion of deliverables related to the identification, classification and documentation of all HR data captured through electronic and paper forms. While all HR data is in scope, emphasis will be placed on the collection of personal data to ensure compliance with current and impending global and local regulations. The Business Analyst is responsible for executing assigned project tasks in accordance with the Firm’s SDLC standards and best practices. S/He gathers and documents requirements, analyzes data, researches issues, and will have responsibility for preparing project documentation. In addition, s/he may participate in the user acceptance testing, training, and implementation of new and existing procedures as defined in a project plan. The Business Analyst must be results-oriented and understand the impact of the project on the organization as a whole. S/he assists the Project Manager in planning and tracking the project status.

  • Assist the Project Manager in the preparation of a Project Plan. The planning process includes the creation of a work breakdown structure, task assignments, timelines, phases, dependencies and critical paths. * Support Project Manager in managing and maintaining the Project Plan, ensuring expectations, deliverables and timelines are clear; Work with firm-wide project managers to ensure key project deliverables and timeframes are in line with firm-wide planning activities.
  • Assist the Project Manager in the preparation of a Project Plan. College degree or equivalent work experience or project certification3-5 years of project experience

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $75.00 per hour
