Education and Experience:
Knowledge and Skills:
- Implement and optimize various human resource processes that provide the foundation for effective and responsive customer service to the business.
- Participate in various human resource projects within the team and cross functionally.
- Provide data analysis on all aspects of talent attraction, management, and engagement. Leverage insights to answer key business questions.
- Recommend key analytics to enhance colleague experience. Improve operational processes and ensure effective workforce planning.
- Participate in the design of dashboards and reports. Enable self-service for the business and our colleagues.
- Participate in the design and implementation of surveys for new hires and all colleagues as needed.
- Work with HRIS to administer key HR systems and test new functionality.
- Assist in the creation of training material as needed and continually update colleagues on new features.
- Work with HR business partners on documenting and implementing HR policies to ensure equitable and consistent practices.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- Typically possesses Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and at least one year of relevant experience.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Global mindset and approach.
- General knowledge of HR operations.
- Demonstrated skills in customer service, and verbal and written communication skills.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with an HRIS system.
- Good attention to detail and ability to maintain confidential information.
