This is mostlya work-from-home, remote position, but the right candidate must live in or very near San Diego County or Temecula Valley, must be available to meet in person with the Director/Administrative Team and/or company therapists on occasion, and must have a work environment that is free of distractions as this job requires a high level of focus and great attention to detail during all working hours. For example, this position would not be a good fit for a parent with little ones at home, unless childcare is available during all work hours. This position requires daily access to a quiet, distraction-free space where she/he can focus and attend to all tasks during business hours, and keep an organized desk/ work space.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm* (full-time, 40 hours/week)
*There is some flexibility in these hours if a different set of hours is needed or preferred.
The position will start part-time(est. 10-20 hours/week initially) and will grow into guaranteed full-time hours (40 hours/week) within 2 monthsfrom the start date. This is a brand-new position, so we will be training and delegating HR-related tasks one-by-one from other personnel (i.e., Director and Admin team) who currently perform those duties, hence why the position starts as part-time but will quickly and easily grow into full-time.
We are looking for a strong candidate with long-term availability who would like to grow with the company. We are a fairly young, quickly-growing company, so there are opportunities for continued career growth over time.
You would be working with a great team of people. Our admin team is truly top-notch (each of them were the top candidates from pools of 300-400 applicants for each position); our therapists are fabulous (our therapists all do what they do because they are caring people who want to help kids), and our Director intentionally promotes a positive, respectful work environment and places great emphasis on achieving high job satisfaction for allemployees– administration, support staff and therapists alike. Whenever we hire for a new position, we look for great people who are highly capable and great at what they do.
