We Are Seeking

Team Gilbert is seeking a highly motivated HR Business Partner I, II, or Senior to provide impactful HR solutions to our internal customers. This position will play an integral role on the HR solutions team and serve as a single point of contact to assigned departments for administration of recruitment, employee relations, and performance development services, as well as act as a communication liaison for all other HR disciplines.


Candidates for the HR Business Partner I position must possess:

Salary Range: $55,132.28- $79,941.81
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management or a related field;
  • At least two (2) years of experience in a HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role;
  • PHR and/or SHRM-CP certifications, strongly preferred.

Candidates for the HR Business Partner II position must possess:
Salary Range: $60,268.48- $87,389.30
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management or a related field;
  • At least five (5) years of experience in a HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role;
  • PHR and/or SHRM-CP certifications, required.

Candidates for the HR Business Partner Senior position must possess:
Salary Range: $66,072.62- $99,108.93
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management or a related field;
  • At least seven (7) years of experience in a HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role;
  • At least 1- 2 years leadership experience required;
  • PHR and/or SHRM-CP certifications required;
  • Experience in continuous process improvement planning related to metrics and goals;
  • The ability to mentor and provide support to other team members.
Knowledge & Skills Needed:
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite.
  • HRIS databases experience.
  • Applicant tracking systems experience.
  • A high degree of professionalism and contribute to the credibility of the HR Solutions team.

This position is an At-Will position and is FLSA Exempt – ineligible for overtime compensation.

This department is currently working remotely. Remote work privileges are approved at the sole discretion of the department director; as such, the department reserves the right to modify or discontinue remote work arrangements at any point.


Regardless of work location (Remote, On-Site, or Hybrid) Town of Gilbert employees are required to reside in the state of Arizona by hire date.
