Duties:

  • Assist in sourcing potential candidates for current and future openings as directed.
  • Oversee onboarding and new hire orientation to educate new employees on HR policies, internal procedures and regulations.
  • Act as benefits administrator; assisting employees in completing documents for health plan elections. Communicate with benefits vendors to update enrollments.
  • Handle HR related questions, interpreting and explaining HR policies, and help resolve employee relations issues as needed.
  • Process internal documents and update HRIS system for all job changes including new hires, promotions and terminations.
  • Create and maintain employee files and personnel records in accordance with legal requirements and company procedures.
  • Generate official internal documents such as offer letters, corrective actions, employee change forms.
  • Maintaining physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records.
  • Take appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and addressing employee grievances.
  • Handle employee accommodations and leaves of absence by completing thorough and accurate incident reports for all conversations. Review documentation, return to work dates and follow up with employees accordingly.
  • Prepare out-processing documents and conduct exit interviews.
  • Assist with open enrollments including communications with employees, updating vendor with enrollments and ensure elections are entered into HRIS system.
  • Assist with federal and state employment law and compliance requirements· Perform general administrative HR duties and other duties as assigned by management
  • Payroll data migration from different platform to new platform for the first 6 months

Requirements:

  • 1 to 3 years of human resources experience as a generalist or coordinator.
  • Must have a basic understanding and knowledge of HR concepts and laws
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field from an accredited university

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
