About this role

What will you be responsible for?
Enabling organizational performance and progressing an expansive culture and a diverse workforce, the Regional Manager, Inclusion and Diversity is responsible for developing, implementing and executing Inclusion and Diversity initiatives and programs in the South America Region.
Reporting to the Regional Director, Talent Management, the Regional Manager, Talent Inclusion and Diversity works closely with site HR teams throughout the region, the corporate Talent Management, Inclusion and Diversity function, and provides advice to internal partners.
The Regional Manager, Inclusion and Diversity also contributes to projects in support of the operations and functions in the region (e.g., organizational planning, talent development, leadership development, employee surveys, etc.).
 

In this role you will

Here is a snapshot of what your day to day will look like:

Inclusion and Diversity

  • We project-manage the delivery of I&D commitments providing expertise and promoting innovation
  • We provide mentorship and expertise to the Business Resource Group – BRG members, leaders and executive sponsors to progress programs
  • We track, analyze, and report on I&D KPIs and program effectiveness
  • We partner with global I&D and Workforce Planning & Analytics teams to measure and report on regional and local I&D strategy delivery and program efficiency –leveraging on best practices
  • We partner with S&ER and other internal partners to integrate Inclusion & Diversity across regional programs
  • We contribute to the development of an Inclusion & Diversity focused retention strategy
  • We develop and executes communication strategy for I&D

Regional execution of Talent Management enabling I&D

  • We lead the Graduate Development Program and provide mentorship and support to the Operation for success
  • We develop and propose the HR agenda for the university strategy
  • We support the development of the strategy bringing a global view for succession and nationalization planning

Manage expat assignments and career development

  • We develop and deliver training and coaching for target groups in alignment with global talent philosophy
  • We contribute to other Talent Management workstreams and initiatives as needed

Your training, skills & experience checklist

Here is what we would need to see from you!

  • University degree in human resources, psychology, organizational development or another related field
  • Minimum of 6 – 8 years of Inclusion and Diversity experience, with a talent management focus.
  • Demonstrated contribution to building inclusive work environments and a diverse talent pool; understanding of dynamics and needs related to historically marginalized groups
  • Excellent relationship management and collaborations skills across all levels, and an ability to influence others by establishing trust and credibility
  • Growth mindset paired with a strong desire to continuously seek out improvement opportunities 
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills along with facilitation and organizational change experience
  • Role modeling of inclusive behavior with a proven dedication to personal learning, continuous improvement and cultural proficiency
  • Demonstrated contribution to building inclusive work environments and a diverse talent pool; understanding of dynamics and needs related to historically marginalized groups
  • Strong project management skills and experience converting strategy into actions through effective program development and implementation; attention to detail and complete follow-through; ability to prioritize and manage multiple deliverables
  • Ability to work within a multinational corporation and collaborate across matrix relationships and cultures; ability to maintain a balanced regional perspective without losing sight of operationally relevant local nuances
  • Language proficiency in Spanish and English is required

Working conditions & location

Where you will be located!

  • The position is located at the South America Regional Office in Miami, FL (with hybrid work arrangements)
  • Position may require occasional travel to sites within the region (Argentina, Peru and Suriname) and the corporate office (Denver, CO)
