Arise Bioscience is the manufacturer of two national recognized CBD brands – Original Hemp and Funky Farms.

We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

Responsibilities

  • Source new sales opportunities through:
  • self-sourcing/outbound cold calls and emails
  • inbound lead follow-up
  • Understand the unique needs and requirement of customers in our various channels.
  • Send samples and close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
  • Retain your customers by building great relationships.

Skills

  • Proven sales experience working is a metric and quota driven organization developing new customer relationships from outbound efforts
  • CBD, supplements, or applicable industry a big plus
  • Track record of exceeding quota
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Experience working with sales CRM, qualifying leads and working opportunities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • BA/BS degree preferred

Pay: $40,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
