What does an Intake Director do?
Our Intake Director is the first point of contact for potential new clients facing a criminal charge. The position is a key role within our law firm managing the potential new client pipeline. The position requires exceptional emotional intelligence, communication skills, and attention to detail. Day-to-day work includes:
· Discussing emotionally charged situations with potential new clients
· Supervising Intake Specialists
· Gathering information, answering questions, and providing care for individuals in crisis
· Evaluating legal needs of potential new clients
· Managing the potential new client pipeline
· Preparing potential new client files and legal agreements
· Collaborating with attorneys to respond rapidly to potential new client needs

How much money will this person make?
Salary range is $56,000 to $74,000 based on experience and qualifications. Benefits include paid time off, health insurance, holidays, and bonuses. The position is mostly remote with some periods of in-office work.
