Ideal Candidate:

· 1+ years’ experience in Merchant Cash Advancespace with demonstrable track record

· Highly motivated with strong drive for success and growth

· Exceptional communications skillset to acquire clients and move them through the funding cycle

· Technical proficiency with Microsoft Teams and CRM tools

· Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced high volume outbound call environment (making 250+ calls per day typical)

· Exemplarity organizational skills

Compensation commensurate with experience, including base and unlimited HIGHEST LEVEL commission structure
