As our firm’s mortgage specialist, you will have joint work opportunities with other advisors in the firm, train and educate the firm on mortgage products and earn multiple streams of income through mortgage and financial service product sales. Compensation:
$75,000 at plan commission, performance-based income
Responsibilities:
How will you build your business?
- Set goals and determine your path as our firm’s mortgage specialist
- Define your target markets
- Daily prospecting and professional networking
- Cultivate and grow your book of business
- Coordinate and take advantage of joint work opportunities with other advisors
- Learn new product lines in financial services to add a robust line to reach more clients and offer more services
- Continue licensing for insurance and securities financial services
Qualifications:
YOUR SKILLSET:
- You are disciplined and self-motivated
- You are social and often participate in groups and organizations
- You have 3+ years of experience originating loans
- You possess emotional intelligence and are well-spoken
- You’re willing to go the extra mile for clients
- You have presentational and organizational skills
- You communicate and explain product types and needs clearly
- You have proven lead generation experience
- You are eager to learn and expand the services you offer clients
