Job Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with mortgage brokers and TPO clients via onsite visits, email, CRM management other electronic forums
- Build your book of business: Cultivate and build relationships with Mortgage Brokers and Community Banks.
- Manage marketing and advertising techniques for continual lead generation to further partnerships with Mortgage Brokers.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with underwriters, closers, and clients.
- Review loan pipeline and ensure on-time and smooth closings through collaboration with Operations.
- Have a knowledge of Analyzing tax returns, credit reports and income documents to help Brokers prequalify clients for different loan programs.
- Consult and educate clients on available options and keep clients in the loop on their loan process from start to finish communication is the key
- Conduct sales and product training for your partners and educate them on our superior DPA products, technology and overall lending support
- Meet and exceed established production goals and quotas
Desired Skills, Experience, or Education:
- Minimum 2 years recent experience as an Account Executive.
- Proven production history and established broker base.
- Knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC and FHA/VA programs.
- Excellent networking and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills.
- Must be detail oriented, organized and disciplined
- Ability to learn quickly and apply that knowledge along with the ability to work in a fast paced team environment.
- Ability to work remotely to establish, maintain and grow relationships, face to face if local over the phone, email or other electronic forums.
