The Junior Office Coordinator supports the Senior Office Coordinator and the Travel Specialist with the day to day running of Bugaboo HQ reception and business travel requests.
You will report directly to the Facility Manager and will work closely with Bugaboo employees. You will be the first point of contact for Bugaboo’s employees, visitors, vendors and customers.
- Be the first point of contact for customers, visitors and vendors
- Responsible for visitor registration and welcome procedures
- Handling all incoming telephone calls and transfer to the appropriate person/department
- Receiving and registration of all incoming post and packages
- Support with office supply/ stationary and refreshment inventory and ordering
- Handle routine clerical reception duties
- Handle hotel bookings, taxi and rental car
- Support with planning group events
- Registering and overview of traveler public transport
- Starter in reception / office management
- Specific Knowledge
- Preferred knowledge of MS Office applications (excel, word)
- Working knowledge of Dutch and English.
