Providing physical therapy since 1984, Connections Physical Therapy schedules each patient on the 45-minutes, no double booking, no overlap. We do not use aides or extenders, allowing our therapists to spend the entire 45-minutes with their patients.

Connections Physical Therapy is a family-owned physical therapy practice with 16 locations throughout Massachusetts. The goal of Connections Physical Therapy is to provide quality one-to-one care and deliver a great experience for our patients. This experience starts with their first phone call, access to care, and high caliber of physical therapy rehab.

COMPANY OVERVIEW

Providing physical therapy since 1984, Connections Physical Therapy schedules each patient on the 45-minutes, no double booking, no overlap. We do not use aides or extenders, allowing our therapists to spend the entire 45-minuteswith their patients. Therapists will see a maximum of 11-12 patients per day. We allow our therapists to provide the caliber of care they would expect for their patients.

Connections Physical Therapy is a family-owned physical therapy practice with 16 locations throughout Massachusetts. The goal of Connections Physical Therapy is to provide quality one-to-one care and deliver a great experience for our patients. This experience starts with their first phone call, access to care, and high caliber of physical therapy rehab. CURRENT POSITION: Full time

LOCATION: Remote position with opportunity to work from home

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assisting director of administration and billing department with daily and weekly tasks
  • Billing tasks include but not limited to processing patient payments, medical record requests, insurance specific tasks
  • Front office responsibility will include coverage with answering phones and scheduling appointments
  • Other tasks will include processing mail and paper payments
  • Opportunity to grow role to include billing collections and insurance verifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum high school diploma

IDEAL CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to work independently with off site supervision
  • Professional communication with co-workers, patients, and insurance representatives
  • Experience with billing and collection cycle in health care field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 – $19.00 per hour
