Job Description

We are hiring a Paid Social Media Planner (open to a remote hire). This role is focused on Paid Social and sits within our One Marketplace team, which manages biddable media - Paid Social, Paid Search and Programmatic. This role collaborates with our media planning and analytic teams, as well as having daily client contact. Here is a snapshot of your day-to-day -

  • Works with clients to understand brand and implements social initiatives among paid social media advertising.
  • Collaboratively strategizes, executes, and optimizes paid social media campaigns.
  • Works with media mix of the following channels: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat, TokTok & Adwords/Bing.
  • Works in social platforms natively (Facebook/IG, Twitter, Pinterest, Linkedin, Snapchat) and within PMD technology for paid social media.
  • Leads day to day client operations, management of internal teams, thought leadership and POV development.
  • Assists with training and supervising internal teams to ensure best in class strategy and execution.

Qualifications

  • 2 + years’ working with paid social media and strategy.
  • 1-2+ years’ advertising agency or media agency experience
  • ‘Hands On Keyboard’ experience in working in social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc).
  • Strong organization skills that set you up for success in balancing tight deadlines and challenge.
  • Willingness to problem solve and find creative solutions to problems - no matter how small
