Part Time Human Resource Specialist

Blue Roseis seeking a Human Resource Specialist to support our work with a federal client. This will be a Part-Time, Remote role in Reston, VA and is open to US Citizens ONLY.

Successful candidates will be required to complete a full background investigation prior to any work starting.

In this role, you will:

• Perform any other services required for overseeing the Task Order, project, tasks and contractor personnel
• Perform all services currently consisting of data entry, document review and processing and all other tasks associated with human resources support services
• Analyze and classify General Schedule (GS) and Wage Grade (WG) positions
• Provide advisory services on all matters pertinent to position classification and position management

REQUIREMENTS:

Candidates must have:

• Demonstrated experience working within USA Staffing Platform (automated staffing and recruitment system) to build vacancy announcements, review applications to determine eligibility and qualifications of applicants, and prepare certificate of eligibles
• Experience with federal civilian staffing, recruitment and position classification is required
