Must be a Licensed/Certified Pharmacy Technician.
PBM and Analytics (Data Analysis/Reporting) experience needed
This position is responsible for supporting Government Programs Pharmacy team in all aspects of the pharmacy benefit administration. Duties may include: prepare, review and submit pharmacy reports; data management using spreadsheets; member/provider engagement activities; assist with various pharmacy activities; and coordinate with other areas. Works collaboratively with internal departments and external vendors to evaluate and resolve pharmacy related issues.
- Current Licensed/Certified Pharmacy Technician
- Managed care customer service experience
- Drug information skills
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and database
- Skills to handle multiple tasks and organizational skills
PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Retail Pharmacy experience
