We are a music lesson business and are looking for additional help with some customer service and administrative work.

Specifically:

We need someone to reconcile payments on Mondays (about 3-4hrs work), which involves checking emails to see if lessons happened, and if so, marking the matching invoice in our billing system, and if not, sending a refund to the client.

There will also be some responsibilities for handling phone calls to music student leads, usually to set up music lessons. This will involve receiving an alert when the lead comes in and then giving them a call (or voicemail) and then possible further follow ups by phone or email. Availability during 4-6pm EST (1-3 PST) and/or on weekends for this would be ideal.

The responsibilities of this role may grow over time depending on performance.

This job will begin as a contract job but may switch to a W2 with 3% Simple IRA matching after 2 months of successful performance.

Pay: $8.00 – $12.00 per hour
